The Need to Degunk

In our lives we tend to hold on to “stuff”. Not just physical stuff, like clothes that no longer fit (but I plan to lose weight!) or knickknacks we no longer have room for, but we need to let go of toxic people and relationships, harmful thoughts, and stress.

Many of us also need to degunk our bodies. Chocolate and pastries may taste good, but they can do a number of your health—clogged arteries, congested sinuses, swollen ankles, brain fog, and the list goes on.

My goal with this website is to help you live a fuller, healthier, more enjoyable life by offering advice on ways to reduce stress and provide alternatives to some of the harmful foods we consume way too much of. And most of the time I hope to do that with humor and encouragement.
